Our technicians are trained in the best methods and products available to remove pet odors and stains from rugs and carpets. If you have one simple urine spot or problems that have existed for years, our technicians can provide you with the options available to restore your carpet. It may be as simple as a spot treatment or as extensive as complete pad removal and treatment of the subflooring, including reinstalling the pad and using a pet treatment on the carpet. We provide the customer with the information necessary to make the decision that is best for their family and furnishings!
Most carpets have initial stain resistance when they are first installed. However, over time with normal wear, this resistance literally “wears away." Many carpet manufacturers recommend the re-application of carpet protectors to restore the carpet’s original stain resistance and preserve its longevity. Carpets that lose that stain resistance not only stain easier, but the outer fibers begin to wear away, leaving your carpet appearing dull. We employ a carpet protector that not only protects your carpet against dry soil, water-based stains, and oil-based stains but also contains a dye blocker helping protect your carpet against substances containing dyes. This product can also be used safely on wool and other natural fibers in higher-end carpets, oriental rugs, and upholstery.
We offer our customers our carpet spotter: Peaches’n Clean Spot Lifter which has The Carpet and Rug Institute’s Seal of Approval and can remove most spots from carpets, rugs, or upholstery. It also serves as a great laundry spotter!
Our Montgomery location is next door to Complete FloorCare Solutions (CFS). We work closely with them to provide our residential and commercial customers with any product they need to maintain their flooring!
The 9-Step Carpet Cleaning Process:
1. Pre-Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.
2. Furniture Moving
Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables, and smaller items (please remove all breakables before our technicians arrive). Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces can be cleaned around and/or under.
3. Pre-spray
A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
4. Pre-spot
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase the chances of removal.
5. Pre-grooming/Agitation
A professional carpet groomer or rotary brush is used to further loosen the soil in high traffic and heavily soiled areas (additional charges will apply).
6. Soil Extraction and Rinse
The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system without over-wetting the carpet or leaving behind a sticky residue.
7. Post Spot
We will treat any remaining spots or stains with our many specialty spotting solutions.
8. Floor Protectant (highly recommended)
For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have a professional carpet protector applied to your carpet (additional fees apply).
9. Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
